As my great mentor Jim Rohn used to say - "Formal education gets you a job, but self education makes you a fortune." Personal development, by definition, is the process of improving self-knowledge, developing potential, increasing confidence, building human capital, and enhancing quality of life.

No matter what industry it is, we all need to develop an abundance of physical, mental, and spiritual reserves in order to succeed, especially during this turbulent time. A better and stronger "Inner Self" is the ultimate solution and permanent cure for all the problems that we encounter on the outside.
In order for things get better for us, we must get better first. Personal development is for everybody! Primarily, there will be three kinds of people, who, I believe, can benefit from this group the most:
1) For entrepreneurs and business owners, you must come out and talk to us. Please share with us your experiences in regard to how you started your own businesses, what types of challenges you encountered and how you handled them accordingly. It won't take long for you to realize the number of people who have been influenced and inspired by your personal stories.
2) Employees will benefit from this group if you are willing to share with us your daily ups and downs, your visions, and where you want to be in the future. We have tips to share with you if you are interested in starting your own business. As an entrepreneur myself, I know how I transformed my life from non-stop work 9-5 daily, Monday through Friday, to being able to work anywhere, anytime I want and enjoy the multiple income streams I have now. I am happy to share some personal experience here.
3) For the unemployed, we can never talk about a better time and opportunity now. It would be a great thing for you to come mingle with us and see what kinds of opportunities and possibilities there are out there. Who said there is a recession? What recession? If you have the skills and the people network, you can make anything happen. Networking with this group will greatly enhance your chance of realizing your goals.
